The Project is for the appointment of a Consultant team who will, on behalf of the employer, undertake within the scheme parameters, a feasibility study on the proposals as detailed below, with the understanding that should capital funding be approved, the scheme would be advanced to full development and delivery. 1.Extension and upgrading of school canteen facilities 2.Re-alignment of school entrance 3.The provision of a covered walk-way It is expected that the contract period of this project would be 24 months, which would include 12 months defect liability period. This work although comprising 3 different elements would complete the school’s refurbishment and would enable the addressing of outstanding health and safety matters.
