DE - Lisanelly Campus - Main Demolition (B3)

Tender description

The sustainable demolition to 1.0m below existing ground level of up to 300 individual one and two storey buildings located within the site boundary of the former army barracks at Lisanelly Omagh. Estimated contract duration shall be 40 weeks. To include for: •The onsite crushing of all concrete, masonry, brickwork etc for reuse/recycling within the site. •The removal off site for reuse/recycling of all other materials arising out of the demolition process. •The disposal of all materials arising out of the demolition process that cannot be recycled or reused to an approved waste facility. •The safe, controlled removal of all asbestos containing materials as identified in the pre demolition survey for the site.
