Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from initiation of the brief through to post occupancy evaluation of the completed works (including defects correction period). The Consultant’s team will be expected to include all professional disciplines necessary to provide the complete service. The Project is the extension and refurbishment of the former St Aidan’s school building on Whiterock Road, Belfast to support the amalgamation of St Aidan’s and St Bernadette’s primary schools to John Paul II primary school, with an approved enrolment of 275 pupils. The contract period for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from initiation of the brief through to post occupancy evaluation of the completed works (including defects correction period) will be approximately 36 months.
