Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from initiation of the brief through to post occupancy evaluation of the completed works (including defects correction period). The Consultant’s team will be expected to include all professional disciplines necessary to provide the complete service. The contract period for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from Consultant appointment through completion of Stage 6 – Handover and Post Construction Period will be approximately 36 months.
