DE - Appointment of Integrated Design Team for Braidside IPS

Tender description

The purpose of this procurement process is to successfully appoint an architect led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) who will develop the Employers Requirements (currently developed by others to RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stage 1). The architect led ICT will continue to develop the design proposals for the scheme throughout the initial RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Design Stages: Stage 2 Concept Design, Stage 3 Developed Design ensuring full compliance with the agreed Employers Requirements to establish client approved exemplar design proposals. This service shall also include the progressive development of the exemplar scheme proposals and the submission of a formal, full Planning Application. See MOI Part B for full details of service.
