Tender description

The Project is the replacement of three mobile classrooms with 4 permanent classrooms and a new multi-purpose hall with SMA servery. Also included is the minor refurbishment of the existing school entrance and offices in line with the June 2011 DE Handbook for a 6-class primary school. The school has an approved enrolment of 175. It is envisaged that the works contract period will be 12 months. The contract period for the provision of a complete design and project management service to take forward the Project from initiation of the brief through to post occupancy evaluation of the completed works (including defects correction period) will be approximately 36 months.
