DCAL WPFG 2013 IT Provision and Support for Registration and Accreditation

Tender description

The Central Procurement Directorate, on behalf 2013 WPFG Ltd, wishes to appoint a service provider to provide IT support for Registration and Accreditation for the World Police and Fire Games (WPFG). Registration and Accreditation (R&A) processes are required for a number of groups of participants prior to the Games commencing. These groups include Athletes, Coaches, Officials, Technical Staff, Friends and Family, Games Staff, VIPs and Volunteers. A set of three IT applications are required to support these R&A processes. Please SUBMIT your RESPONSE when completed. This will submit your response to the buyer. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN YOUR BID NOT BEING VISIBLE TO THE BUYER BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE.
