DCAL -Provision of Marquee Equipment etc for the 2013 WPFG

Tender description

The Central Procurement Directorate, on behalf of the 2013 World Police and Fire Games Ltd (2013 WPFG Ltd), wishes to appoint a service provider to supply a number of marquees and associated furniture, to accommodate competitors, organisers and spectators of the 2013 Games during events. Please note most of the locations are public access and as such, we would expect tenderers to make their own arrangements to view these locations. However, a subset of locations will require site visits to be facilitated by 2013 WPFG Ltd staff. Tenderers must send a confirmation email through the secure messaging function on the eSourcing NI portal in advance of 3pm on Friday 15th February 2013 to confirm their attendance at site visits and to provide details of those attending on their behalf.
