DCAL wishes to appoint a Contractor to deliver this requirement across all of it’s jurisdiction All prosecutions brought by DCAL Inland Fisheries Group are summary offences and as such summonses for court attendance must be served on defendants within six months of the detection. The successful Contractor must ensure this requirement is adhered to and must liaise with DCAL Inland Fisheries Group if difficulties are encountered in the serving of a summons. The Contract Period is 1 year starting end of 09 July 2014. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
