National Museums Northern Ireland wish to work in partnership with the Caterer at the Museum to maximise the market potential and ensure a quality catering service, which benefits the unique surroundings of the Museum. The Caterer shall provide a fully managed innovative and creative catering service for Cultra Manor, Ballycultra Tearoom, Midland Tearoom, Residential Centre and Staff Restaurant ensuring a high quality service is delivered to the Museum’s diverse customer base and drive efficiencies resulting in a strong financial return to National Museums. The Caterer shall provide a comprehensive range of catering and hospitality menu options with the service providing fresh, seasonal produce to maintain a sustainable, quality food offering reflecting the superb range of fresh Northern Irish produce available. The Caterer will be responsible for the day to day running of Cultra Manor, Ballycultra & Midland Tearooms, Residential Centre Restaurant and Staff Restaurant.
