Tender description

The Ulster Council GAA proposes to demolish the existing Casement Park stadium in Belfast and construct a new 40 000 capacity all seated stadium. The total budget for the project is in the region of 76 400 000 GBP. The Ulster Council GAA wishes to make a single appointment to provide the services of a Project Manager led team with cost management and other associated construction professionals in related disciplines to design and manage the stadium project to RIBA plan of work stage D, acquire Article 31 planning permission including an environmental impact assessment manage enabling works, under the control and supervision of the Ulster Council GAA, leading the procurement of the IST team, and to act in the clients best interest to administer the IST team until the end of the defects period.
