Project_2391/ITT_4341 DCAL/ACNI - Development of an Evaluation Framework for the Arts and Older People Programme Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Department of Culture Arts and Leisure (DCAL) and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. The Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) wishes to appoint a service provider to design an evaluation framework and undertake an ongoing evaluation of the Arts and Older People Programme. The findings will be used to inform any future programme and establish its success relative to a set of outcome indicators.
