Tender description

Nottingham University Hospital (NUH) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and competitive supplier of the provision of Data Network and Telecommunications Systems Maintenance and Support Services. Maintenance services are required for the Trusts Cisco Data Network and Cisco Unified Communications System as well as the Trusts Avaya (Nortel) PBX’s. NUH require a new contract which will cover our data networks and telephony needs going forward and the new contract will include: — maintenance of Legacy Nortel systems, — maintenance of the Cisco Unified Communications system, —maintenance of the Cisco data network — software assurance for the data network and unified communications systems
