Tender description

Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Department of Agriculture and Rural Development wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) require a Technical Agent to assist with the assessment and monitoring of projects applying to the Biomass Processing Challenge Fund (BPCF). The BPCF is managed under the European Sustainable Competitiveness Programme for Northern Ireland 2007-13 and is part financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The primary objective of the agent is to provide technical and economic advice to DARD in respect of the projects applying for financial support to install biomass fuelled technologies at farm and forestry sites.
