DARD Appointment of a Technical Agent to Assist with the Management and Administration of the Biomass Processing Challenge Fund DARD wishes to appoint a Technical Agent to assist with the assessment and monitoring of projects applying to the Biomass Processing Challenge Fund. The primary objective of the agent is to provide technical and economic advice to DARD in respect of the projects applying for financial support to install biomass fuelled technologies at farm and forestry level. The Technical Agent will also be required to advise DARD on the progress of each successful project selected for grant funding, through to the completion of the project. The technical agent will be required to assist with the selection assessment and monitoring of projects applying to the Biomass Processing Challenge Fund. The overall objective of the agent will be to provide technical and economic advice to DARD in respect of the projects applying for financial support to install biomass fuelled technologies at farm and forestry level and the monitoring to completion of those projects selected and funded under the DARD Biomass Processing Challenge Fund.
