DARD - Provision of the NI Government Departments Exhibition at Balmoral Show

Tender description

This tender is for the production and supply of the following Services for the Northern Ireland Government Departments’ Exhibition at the Balmoral Show in 2014 and for a subsequent period of 2 years subject to annual review. The exhibition will be sited in Balmoral Park, the new Royal Ulster Agricultural Society (RUAS) Showgrounds at the Maze, Lisburn, Co Antrim. The initial show will take place from the 14 to the 16 May 2014 and the following two shows will be in mid May 2015 and 2016. The exhibition will be situated in two marquees - the supply, erection and removal of which will be included in the specification of requirements. In recent years the exhibition has attracted approximately 40,000 visitors over the three days of the event (over 50% of the total visitor numbers to the Balmoral Show).
