Tender description
The Contract is for the construction of a caravan and camping site consisting of: • 35 caravan pitches; • Hardstand bases for 9No. camping pods; • A new toilet/shower building; • New visibility splay lines to Glenariff Road; • New internal link road; • Widening of road at car park to create two way traffic; • Erection play equipment with safety surface and fence; • New sewage treatment installation; • LPG installation; and • Associated electrical and mechanical installations.
