To provide a framework agreement for the provision of a consultant primarily for professional civil engineering an and associated services in the following fields (but not necessarily restricted to) harbour structures, marine works, navigational channels, quay wall repair and protection in working commercial harbours, costal defences, public health /food industry engineering, planning regulation, infrastructure and services such as roads, water and sewage, building maintenance, services, studies eg hydrometric, hydraulic bathometric and environmental.
