Tender description
The Contract is for the design development and construction of Phase 1 of a site in St Julian’s Road Omagh for the provision of new DARD Rivers Agency Accommodation. The design has been developed to RIBA Stage D and a planning application submitted and subsequently granted on the 11th of January 2010. Please see MOI Part B for more information
