DARD - AFBI IT Resilience Solution

Tender description

The proposal is to create an IT disaster recovery (DR) facility at the AFBI Stormont site so that business-critical systems located at AFBI HQ can be restored in a timely manner and in a consistent state. To maximise the benefits to AFBI of such a major IT spend, the new IT services based at AFBI Stormont would provide for all the current and foreseeable IT needs for that site, with sufficient flexibility to be able to maintain a copy of business critical data and services from the AFBI HQ site to be activated in the event of a failure at AFBI HQ. Extension to the IT services at AFBI HQ would allow for a copy of the data and services at AFBI Stormont to be held at AFBI HQ for similar activation in the event of a failure at AFBI Stormont.
