Funding has been secured for a purpose built Cystic Fibrosis Unit which is on schedule to open in April 2014. NUH is looking for an AV installer to provide under a call off arrangement a selection of TV’s, games consoles (Xbox One including Kinect Sensors) and support for a period of 3 or 5 years. The winning bidder will be responsible for providing and supporting a range of equipment throughout the CF Centre at Nottingham University Hospitals, City Campus. It is anticipated that support will provided by the supplier remotely with adhoc site visits as necessary. The equipment will be owned by the Trust and will range from 32” – 75” (plus) smart TV’s with high resolution capabilities to allow Video Conferencing. Please note the Video Conferencing equipment is not part of this tender, however, we would like you to consider how you may assist in installing this type of equipment as an option. The Tender will be to equip the following rooms as a priority for the opening date: •16 Inpatient Bedrooms; •Relatives’ room. •3 Physiotherapy gym cubicles; •With a possible option of equipping the following rooms in the future: oMain Gym ; oMain kitchen/Food Education area; oStaff Seminar Room o9 Outpatient Consulting rooms
