Tender description
The University of Bristol has a requirement for a custom photonic-integrated-circuit (PIC) capability that is optimised specifically for applications being carried out by the Quantum Engineering Technology Laboratories (QET-Labs). The requirements that differentiate the requirements of QETLabs from existing commercially available services are low loss waveguides, low loss inter-connections to fibre optics, and low power consumption passive tuning elements. Potential suppliers are invited to provide feedback on the draft specification by responding to questions in the Technical Envelope.
