Professional Services to deliver a scheme for the re-modelling of two lengths of NIHE interface (‘peace wall’) structure which face each other on either side of the Crumlin Road, Belfast. Community consultation has been undertaken based on outline proposals, prepared in-house, and the service required is to include; further developing existing sketch proposals to ensure the proposals are deliverable; to specify all construction details necessary, including the preparation of a construction costs estimate; to draft contract documentation; support NIHE’s tendering process procedures and to supervise the construction of the scheme on site, including, where relevant, liaison with statutory authorities
