Tender description
Provision of Professional Services in relation to Health & Safety Concrete repairs-Belfast Region Multi Storey flats. To an external structural repairs survey, photograph and test any defective concrete at six blocks of multi storey flats in Belfast Region; to specify the nature and extent of the defects; to determine the most appropriate remedial works to ensure the continued structural integrity of the external building envelope; to draft contract documentation and to manage the structural repair scheme(s) on site.
