Tender description
Lisburn City Council seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Artist to prepare, produce and install a permanent half sized stainless steel replica plane sculpture with bronze pilot. The appointed Artist will be responsible for the appointment of all required sub-contractors for the commission (to include engineers, erection of the public artwork, and permanent mounting to the ground).
