Tender description

This commission is for a multi-disciplinary professional service comprising of an Architect (or Building Surveyor), Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Engineer , Electrical Engineer (Building Services Engineer), Civil Engineer , Structural Engineer, Landscape Architect and CDM Coordinator consultancy services as required to deliver comprehensive internal and external surveys, proposals and reports which will provide an assessment of the private sector properties at Soudan and Pembroke Street, Belfast; to use these reports to provide detailed design solutions and cost estimates to deliver the scheme objectives, to consult the residents and landlords pre tender; to prepare contract documentation and re-consult the occupants and landlords prior to tender acceptance; to contract manage a construction contract to improve the properties.
