This tender is for provision of fixed price, fully comprehensive maintenance over a 3 year period (2 years at Good Hope Hospital) with a Employers option for an additional 2 years, for lifts at the following sites: • 36 lifts at Birmingham Hospital (April 2021 to March 2024 – 3-years +2-year option) • 7 lifts at Solihull Hospital (April 2021 to March 2024 – 3-years +2-year option) • 21 lifts at Good Hope Hospital (April 2022 to March 2024 – 2-years +2-year option)
