Coteford Infants School : Roofing and External Lighting Works

The Council are looking for experienced and qualified Roofing and Electrical Contractors for Replacement of flat roof coverings to school hall adjacent to nursery, replacement of asbestos pitched roof coverings to school nursery and KS1 roofs and replacement of external and security lighting to perimeter of all school buildings at Coteford Infant School, Fore Street, Eastcote, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 2HX. The School is located within the town of Pinner, Middlesex. It can be accessed off Fore Street and is a community school which caters for 268 pupils; age’s ranging from 5-7 years. The surrounding land is residential. All Contractors’ vehicles must be parked to avoid obstruction at all times. Loading and offloading of materials must take place within the Principal Contractor’s designated site area. The Contractor must ensure that clear access for local vehicles and emergency services to the adjoining parts of the sites and buildings are maintained at all times and are not impeded by Contractor’s vehicles, materials and/or plant.
