Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive invites tenders for the provision of Corporate Banking Services for the period 1st October 2010 until 30 September 2013 with the options entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive to extend for 2 further periods each of 12 months (5 Years in total). This contract will include: 1.Banking Contract Relationship Management 2.Contingency Arrangements 3.Account set-up and maintenance (Current & Deposit Accounts) 4.Accounts Payable Services 5.Receipts & Lodgements 6.Desktop and Electronic Banking 7.Merchant Acquirer Services Tenderers will be required to meet the following minimum Selection Criteria • Tenderers must confirm that they are a member of one of the relevant UK clearing bodies • Tenderers must be authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and quote their FSA registration number. • A minimum bank financial strength rating is required. Tenderers must provide evidence of their current ratings by Fitch’s, Moody’s and Standard & Poors The lowest rating will determine eligibility. Minimum ratings requirements are as follows:- Short Term Fitch’s F1 Moody’s P-1 Standard & Poors A-1 Long Term Fitch’s A- Moody’s A3 Standard & Poors A-
