Corporate and Retail Catering Services Concession for University of Ulster

The University of Ulster is seeking to appoint a Corporate and Retail Catering services concession contractor to manage and supply, high quality, innovative and competitively priced Corporate and Retail Catering services across three of its campuses (Coleraine, Jordanstown and Magee) from August 2013. The services include retail catering, retail shop, hospitality and corporate/function catering services. These services, currently operated by an in house team, support the student experience which is of crucial importance, as well as the University's Commercial, Conference and Event activity as part of the portfolio of requirements. This concession covers a wide range of different customer groups, in varied catering circumstances and we are seeking to invite to tender those Corporate and Retail Catering providers (including social enterprises) who can demonstrate their experience, creativity and ability to deliver these types of requirements to the highest standards. It is anticipated that this services concession will generate an income to the University based on fixed rental and a percentage of annual turnover.
