Maintenance & Repair Contract by Four Lots as follows: Lot 1-2 - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contract for Kerry County & Cork South. Lot 3 - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contract for Cork University Hospital (CUH), Cork University Maternity Hospital (CUMH) and Adult Acute Mental Health Unit (AAMHU). Lot 4 - Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contract for University Hospital Kerry (UHK). HSE Southern Capital and Estates will appoint a Competent HVAC Contractor to each Lot to provide emergency call out provision, general small works, planned and reactive maintenance service projects for all lots indicated. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Term Maintenance Contract with the Tenderer which is successful in the competition for each individual Lot. The Contracting Authority – HSE is insisting that all companies applying for inclusion in this competition must confirm that they hold an up to date F-Gas Company Certificate and confirm the number of employees who are certified in the Safe Handling of Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases and Refrigerants.
