The project is for the conversion of existing staff locker block into a Short Stay Unit at The Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. The works comprising the strip out of open plan staff locker area into new eight bed short stay unit with support areas including toilet, sluice, nurse station, milk room and general upgrade of finishes inclusive of Mechanical and Electrical Works.
