MOJ & HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) are in the early stages of a project which will deliver the next generation service for the supply of Control & Restraint, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for local and Advanced trained staff operating across the HMPPS estate This PQQ is being used for market engagement purposes only. It is NOT a call for competition. During the pre-procurement phase of the project we intend to use this folder to publish new material (e.g. draft terms and conditions, specifications) and manage communication with suppliers. This approach allows us to maintain transparency and fairness in the pre-procurement process. Note: registration for the "supplier day event" on 10/08/2017 is 12pm (noon) on 28/07/2017 and not the PQQ deadline.
