Tender description

This 0.1 hectare site is located at the junction of Fitzroy Avenue and Dudley Street in the Holylands area of south Belfast. The land within comprises the buildings and curtilage of a two storey office block that was previously occupied by the Simon Community. The land within the site is relatively flat and is irregular in shape. The boundaries are defined largely by the existing buildings to the south and west with two metre high brick walls and palisade fencing to the remainder. Access is taken from Fitzroy Avenue at the southern boundary. The proposed mix is 15 units comprising 2x 1 bed apartments and 13x 2 bed apartments, but this could be subject to change. The buildings will be constructed to Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design standards and Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
