Contingent Workforce (Freelancer) Processes RFI

Please note this is a request for information (RFI). The BBC is seeking to understand the supplier landscape and capabilities of potential providers in the area of Contingent Workforce process* support. We wish to explore the market for solutions that can support all or part of the process through which the BBC engages its Contingent Workforce (from ‘engagement through payment’) The scope of the request spans all off-air Contingent Worker engagements and includes editorial, craft and professional services. It also includes a request to understand any related systems, platforms and technology solutions that can help to support and monitor the process. The scope includes oversight of all contractual modes of work, whether via work package, client referral, consultancy brief etc. The BBC gives no guarantees that a procurement process will commence following this RFI. No contract will be awarded as a consequence of this RFI process. Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite nor does it give any advantage to any subsequent selection process. The BBC welcomes responses to this RFI to enable the BBC to build an understanding of current solutions and capacity available in the marketplace.
