Project_2328 Consumer Council – Provision of Economist Services The General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland wishes to appoint economist(s) to provide an advice and support service to the organisation. This may cover any aspect of economic, fiscal or social policy as it relates to Northern Ireland consumers. It is envisaged that the contract will be awarded with the potential for a maximum of 4 projects during the 12 month period, with additional capacity built in for general advice. We envisage that this equates to approximately 20 days service provision. Service providers must note that there is no guaranteed level of work under this contract. Subject to review, there may be a possible extension of the contract for a further 12 months.
