Consultancy Services For Medway’s Open Space Assessment

<p>Medway Council seeks to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to produce an Open Space Assessment for Medway following relevant guidance, as detailed in the Project Brief (Document 2) and in accordance with these instructions (Document 1) and the Council’s Terms and Conditions of Contract. With an increasing population Medway Council needs to ensure there are high quality open space facilities for its residents to access and enjoy. The last study of open space provision, quantity and quality assessment (based on PPG17) was completed in 2012. This is deemed out of date and an updated assessment is now needed as supporting evidence for Medway’s emerging Local Plan.
