Tender description

Invest NI is seeking to appoint a Consultancy Service to further research/study the capacity for the Wind, Marine and Bioenergy sectors to grow in Northern Ireland within the next 2 to 3 years using an evidence base of: 1. Businesses currently engaged or potentially engaged in these sectors 2. University, college or industrial research activity 3. Government research, initiatives, programmes and incentives 4. Historical Invest NI activity and engagement with businesses 5. Research undertaken by UK Government Departments including for example Dept for Business Innovation and Skills and Dept of Energy Climate Change published market research (where available), Invest NI is also seeking to establish a detailed roadmap provided by the consultant for Invest NI that will set out how turnover growth can be achieved in these sectors in Northern Ireland using the information gathered during the study.
