Construction Project at Glenwood Green Belfast

Clanmil Developments would like to appoint an Architect Led Design Team (ALDT) for the below site. The 0.2 hectare site is located off the Bell Steel Road and accessed from Glenwood Green. The land was previously developed as a care home Glenwood House, however the buildings have since been demolished and the land is now vacant. The land within is comprised primarily of hard standing which has become partially overgrown with vegetation due to a lack of maintenance. The area surrounding the site is primarily residential in character with dwellings to the east and west. To the south lies Laurel Glen, an area of existing public open space. To the north is St. Kieran’s Primary School.
