This 0.2 hectare site is located within Belvoir Estate at Coleshill Gardens and comprises an area of open space. There is no evidence to suggest the land was previously developed. The land within the site is relatively flat and can be accessed from either Coleshill Gardens or Dunseverick Avenue. There are no boundaries to the site. There is some evidence that the land may have been used in the past as a bonfire site. The lands surrounding the site to the north and east of the site are primarily residential in character with a mix of apartments, detached and semi-detached dwellings The proposed mix is 7 units comprising 1x 2p/1b wheelchair accessible apartment, 1x 5p/3b wheelchair accessible bungalow, 3x 2p/1b apartments and 2x 3p/2b houses. The buildings will be constructed to Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design standards and Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
