Construction of Block BC & BD and Partial Refurbishment of Block BA & BB (GBD)

Tender description

The design and construction of Block BC & BD and Partial Refurbishment of Block BA & BB, York Street, Belfast (part of the proposed new University of Ulster campus) including bridge to link Block BB, demolition works, all associated site-works and design services. There will be a requirement for mechanical building works, electrical building works, architectural services, structural & civil engineering services and services engineering services.
