Tender description

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are tendering the delivery of community advice and legal support Services providing independent advice that is efficient and effective in preventing and reducing the problems faced by Service Users in relation to (but not limited to) benefits & tax credits, debt, employment, health & social care, housing and immigration. This advice will be accessible to a wide range of individuals and communities; offered in appropriate languages and within a culture of equality and diversity. The tender is structured in three lots: • LOT 1: General Community Advice Services, and management of a community library and neighbourhood centre • LOT 2: Specialist Legal Advice, Casework, and Representation on housing matters that fall outside the scope of eligibility for Legal Aid. • LOT 3: Specialist community advice and support for disabled people (adults and children)
