SONI Ltd has the responsibility of ensuring the safe, secure and economic and reliable operation of the high voltage electricity system in Northern Ireland. It is regulated by the Northern Ireland Utility Regulation (UReg). SONI holds the licence as independent electricity Transmission System Operator (TSO) in Northern Ireland and is a wholly owned subsidiary of EirGrid plc. SONI wishes to procure consultancy services for the provision of strategic public affairs advice & consultancy to the EirGrid Group Communications Manager and the SONI & SEMO Teams
