COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITY – Cash machine / ATM units in Translink stations Translink / NITHC currently have a number of ‘free to use’ cash machines across our network which provide a convenience to our passengers and also provide a financial return. Our aim is to increase the number of cash machines across our network of stations to provide a commercial return to Translink / NITHC and to enhance the service offering to our customers. The use of the cash machines is required to be ‘free to use’ for customers. The successful supplier will be expected to sign up to a lease agreement with the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company (NITHC). The length of term for the lease shall be for a minimum period of 5 years. The cash machine / ATM provider will be responsible for the electricity at each site Replenishment of the cash machines will be required to take place outside morning and afternoon peak travelling times. All of the sites outlined in the attachment will be awarded to one supplier.
