Collaborative Taxi Services (Framework Agreement)

Tender description

Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) intends to establish a collaborative Framework Agreement for the provision of Taxi Services within Northern Ireland on behalf of Northern Ireland Civil Service Departments, Agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies (NICS) and other Participating Bodies (the “Framework”). This Tender is split into Lots as detailed below: • Lot 1. This Lot consists of a Band A (Standard Taxi Services) and Band B (Assisted Taxi Services); • Lots 2-33. Each Lot consists of a Band A (Standard Taxi Services) and Band B (Assisted Taxi Services); and • Lot 34. This Lot consists of a Band C (Northern Ireland Wide Chauffeur Driven Service). Tenderers can bid for one, more than one or all Lots and Tenderers may bid for one or both Bands in Lots 1-33. Tenderers must bid for all sections including all Vehicles types within each Band. The Lots are structured geographically; full details are referenced in Section 2.1 of the Specification. Each public body subject to the Northern Ireland Public Procurement Policy (NIPPP) listed in http://www.dfpni.gov.uk/index/procurement-2/cpd/cpd-policy-andlegislation/ni-pp-policy/cpd-list-of-bodies-public-procurement-policy-applies.htm may choose to participate in this Contract at any time as a Client. The list of public bodies covered by the NIPPP may change from time to time and any additional bodies may choose to receive the services as a Client.
