Tender description
The purpose of the Collaboration Fund Advice package is to facilitate the development of collaborative business structures through the provision of advice, guidance and information for groups of primary producers (farmers and growers) who are interested in collaborating with other producers in joint business ventures. The main objectives of the advice package are to: • Provide advice and training about the benefits of business collaboration; • Help primary producers assess the feasibility of potential new collaborative ventures; • Improve the level of the business skills that are needed in collaborative business ventures to give farmers/growers/land managers the best possible chance of succeeding; • Provide support to establish / develop the legal and governance structures necessary to facilitate the collaborative venture; • Provide support to facilitate the development of new or expanded formal collaborative ventures. The engagement event will be held on 17th July 2019 from 2pm to 5pm in the Peel Building Conference Centre, 2 Marsham Street, Westminster, London, SW1P 4JA. The purpose of the engagement event is to provide a forum for potential suppliers of the service to gain a broad understanding of the requirement. It will also provide an opportunity to share and gain feedback which may be used to shape and refine the proposition before any formal procurement commences. Please note that in order to manage numbers, only two persons from any one organisation may attend the Engagement Event. All those organisations wishing to attend the Engagement Event should register on Bravo and respond to the questions provided in the dummy Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) under project _27057 on or before 12/07/2019.
