Tender description

As part of University of Ulster’s rationalisation programme on its Coleraine campus it is looking to construct a new academic block to replace the ageing facilities currently housed in South Buildings. The new building will be located in a green field site adjacent to Block G. The proposed building is to be three-storeys, with a central atrium and link corridor at first floor level tying back into Block G and giving good adjacency to centralised accommodation. It will house primarily academic office accommodation with some specialist teaching facilities dispersed over the three floors. The aspiration is to achieve BREEAM “excellent”.
