Tender description

Paradigm Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of Cleaning Services. The ITT contains further information about the procurement process and the questions that Bidders must complete. Each Bidder's response ("Tender") should be detailed enough to allow the Authority to make an informed award decision. All Tenders must be returned no later than the deadline for receipt of Tenders specified on the front cover of the ITT. The Authority is using the BravoSolutions e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed by invite only after Bidders have registered online on https://public.bravosolution.co.uk. All communications (including submission of Tenders) should be carried out via the e-Tendering Portal. The Authority is seeking suppliers of Cleaning Services and intends to award a contract for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further year, subject to contract reviews. The preferred supplier will be appointed in January 2019 to begin their contract from April 2019. Contract management and review of the contract key performance indicators will be conducted on a quarterly basis. A comprehensive contract review will be conducted on an annual basis. Objective of Tender The winning Bidder will be expected to provide Cleaning Services which include the provision of caretaking for the Authority as described in the specification. The Authority wishes to achieve the following objectives following this tender process: Appoint a single provider of Cleaning and Caretaking Services for all Academies. Please note, this excludes Old Ford Primary Academy due to an existing PFI contract Work with the winning Bidder to introduce innovative ideas to further improve the cleanliness and environment of the school Ensure the schools are kept clean at all times More information within ITT.
