Requirement title – SELECT LIST FOR PROVISION OF CLAIMS SOLICITORS SERVICES. Translink, comprising of Northern Ireland Railways, Metro, Ulsterbus and NITHC is the all embracing title for the integrated public transport operations in Northern Ireland Translink also operates services and tours in GB and mainland Europe. Turnover is approximately 159 Million GBP with approximately 78 Million passenger journeys per year Translink (Comprising of Citybus Ltd, Northern Ireland Railways Co Ltd and Ulsterbus Ltd) and including Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company (NITHC) are seeking to appoint a Select List of Claims Solicitors to provide Liability Legal Services, covering Motor, Employer Liability Claims, Public Liability Claims, give advise when required, including ad hoc advice on arising issues from the above, and defend actions against any of the operating companies This is an extract only.
