Tender description

The requirement of the framework is to source a sole Prime Contractor, or a Consortia with a lead supplier acting as Prime Contractor, to provide learning and development across the Civil Service on a managed service basis. The initial duration is two years, with an option to extend for one year and a further one year (total maximum duration four years). This framework agreement will be open to Civil Service Learning (CSL) and all organisations across the UK public sector, and is split into two main components: 1. Face to Face delivery of learning and development solutions •The Civil Service Way •Leadership •Management •Core Skills incorporating Mandatory Learning and Specialist Development •Fast Stream •Professions 2. Services to support Face to Face delivery of learning and development solutions •Service Wrap •Coaching •eLearning •Accreditation Services •Workplace Learning Resources •Apprenticeships
